TIPS TO BE A BETTER CONVERSATIONALIST:

1. Read newspapers and magazines and listen to the news to stay
   current and have interesting things to talk about.
2. Really listen to the other person and ask questions in response.
3. Be able to tell others what you do (in a few short sentences).
4. Show that you have a sense of humor.
5. Respect other people's opinions - especially when they differ from yours. Find out why they have come to that conclusion.
